New Ghostbusters Movie Trailer #2

The new Ghostbusters movie released a second trailer. The first one was not well received, becoming the most disliked youtube movie trailer EVER!

This was looking better for the first few seconds until we get to the projectile vomiting ghost. It's silly slapstick comedy. It looked like we might get scary ghosts, but I guess the ghosts will be part of the gags too.

The failed mosh pit jump? How many times have we seen that joke? That isn't original or clever. Is that really one of the best jokes this trailer can showcase?

It's a safe bet that the 'mass hysteria' line is a callback to the original.

This trailer again includes the line that some one has a device that increases paranormal activity. Is Dan Ackroyd going to cameo as the accidental villain who created the device?

Chris Hemsworth is Jenine and Louis rolled into one character.

And Slimer? Is there anything original in this movie past a female Ghostbuster crew? I'm guessing this is what happens when you mix Pixels and the original Ghostbusters.

Would the mosh pit ghost really just perch on her shoulders? The music is good again, because it's from the original movie.

The original movie mixed sci-fi, drama, and comedy... clever comedy. This is going to be a mediocre  comedy similar to Bridesmaids, director Paul Feig's other movie, except the concept is Ghostbusters.
The props already lack the iconic design of the original. The best ghosts are copies from the original. This doesn't just take inspiration from the original, it's copying it.

This movie is capitalizing on the fan base from the original and adding nothing else. Everyone knows it's going to be bad and the people that do go to see it just like to watch train wrecks. Let me know how it goes.
