Verdict
It's funny in a silly way as Conan always strives to be ridiculous to get a laugh. While each trip is posited as a way to learn about that culture, it always devolves as Conan unleashes his style of comedy on fans. This is basically Conan riffing, so if you were hoping for some kind of story, through line, or even a travel show, you're not going to get it. If you just want a laugh, this delivers.
It depends.
Review
Every episode begins with a Werner Herzog voice over to introduce the show while insulting Conan. Each episode is Conan's usual unhinged humor, riffing through each episode while in a different country. Each destination is just a different platform where Conan can subject fans to his humor. I wonder if the fans were aware of what they were getting themselves into.

The premise is Conan interacting with fans he's had on his podcast and experiencing local culture. Conan's antics are in the guise of learning about the area or helping the fan, though he doesn't have a strong interest in either. This is funny in how ridiculous this is. Conan never passes up on a self-deprecating joke nor any gag to entertain those in his proximity. While I enjoy the show, it's more of a comedy performance than a show with a distinct premise.
