Plot:
This Netflix comedy special features David Cross at a stand-up tour stop in Texas.
Verdict
It's not bad to pass the time or to have on while you're doing something
else, but it wasn't as funny as I expected. He provides a few
observations before he kicks it into political gear to deride
conservative issues like gun restrictions and religion,. He makes fun of
Trump, but that's pretty easy.

Cross
makes a few Trump jokes that are indistinguishable from the plethora of
jokes I've heard before. He falls on the liberal side of many issues
and even jokes about those issues like mass killings and violent police
officers. His intent is to be outrageous more so than comedic. In that
respect he succeeds.
These are heavy topics that send this into satire, but it's confrontational just for the sake. He even mocks Austin, the city in which he's performing.
The jokes I remember are the Get What You Get tattoo shop and a joke about why so many children have to die. One is an obvious punch line that lacks the crazy setup to ensure a funny execution, and the other is a joke that's offensive because that's his goal in this special.
My favorite part was when he referenced his character from Arrested Development, Tobias.
