Reviews:
Season 2 Rating: [Watch it] / It depends / Skip it
  • I like any or show or documentary that explores an artist's motivations. These are the top chefs in the world. The food the chefs' make is more art than food. I'd like to know how much it costs, though one chef mentioned five hundred dollars. The episodes become less amazing, just because the food each chef prepares looks pretty similar. And none of the food is as innovative as the first episode, which is my favorite episode.

Season 3 Rating: [Watch it] / It depends / Skip it
  • I enjoyed season two, and season three is more of the same. I don't watch cooking shows and am not a cooking fanatic, so this show is not really aimed at me, but I can certainly appreciate the artistry and devotion to a craft. I liked episode four, about Ivan Ramen, the most.
This is a unique show, and even if your prefer scripted shows, this offers intriguing stories. Any show that focuses on artists grabs my attention, and these chefs are just that.
